I can't think of a better way to respond to the
anniversary of the September 11 terror attacks, or to honor the people who senselessly died there, than to share about the good,
life-giving projects that Catalyst is involved with. There always seems to be
plenty of bad news in the world; but by sharing & giving away some of the
time & energy & resources we've been given, we can overcome it with
good...at least in the world within our reach!
"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." (Romans 12:21)
"Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." (Matthew 5:16)

Any act of self-sacrifice done on behalf of another, with no benefit sought for the giver, overcomes evil in this world and becomes a conduit for the overpowering love of God in it.
